The clothes are included.

His hair pieces are split apart (an example is shown in picture 12, the last picture), I wouldn’t consider this a flaw as it’s common with these kinds of dolls. You can either leave them the way they are or glue/sew them back together.

Other than the split hair pieces, I don’t see any other visible flaws on this doll, it looks to be in good condition.
